Enumlist with a tick mark symbol

Hello!

I'm a bit confused. I have a form in which I've put two enumlists, one value each.  Both enumlists have the same settings as far as I can tell.

The "FINISHED" one has a tick mark badge symbol beside it and underline. I don't know why?  How do I get rid of it or at least understand why it is there.
