Error 403 disallowed_useragent

I cannot login to the app shows error 403.

If I understand correctly this error is Google refusing to log you in because of the browser you're using. I don't believe this is AppSheet specific, though I could be wrong. Are you using an unusual browser?

Hi, 

I think my user have log in to the app with wrong password and the app blocked his email. So he deleted the app and tried to install again, that error shows when he click the link to install. How can I unblock him?
