Error Message When Enabling Automation, But Running Manually Works?

I have an automation to  send an email, and it works as expected when I press the Run button. However, with the automation enabled, I get an error upon clicking save. 

The error message seems to be clear, but at the same time, I think maybe my reading comprehension just is not working this morning, or perhaps I am not seeing an option to correct what the message says.

What the heck am i missing? This looks correct to me, simply says to run the action every Sunday at 11:59pm. Seems the only way I can target a table in the Schedule part is by enabling the ForEachRowInTable flag, but yesterday, that ended up having the bot send me a few hundred emails instead of a single email with the report attached.
