Error in Dependent dropdown

Hi I am getting an error as in screenshot below when I create a dependent dropdown.

What could be the reason for the yellow triangle appearing next to text

One reason could beโ€ฆ you are using Ref field with a SELECT() expression but you are trying to read a label columnโ€™s values instead of the key column.
