Error in parent tables

Around 4:00 p.m. an error started that causes that when selecting data in a child table, when saving, the data is lost and the data is not added in the parent table. It happens in all apps. Any idea of ​​solution time? I await your news. From already thank you very much.

A bug was apparently introduced in today’s update. The update has been rolled-back, so things should be working again. Can anyone confirm?
