Error - newly copied app with security error?

I recently copied another app that has zero errors and this new app keeps giving me a security error.  It makes no sense to me why:

So the top option you're basically saying that anyone with a google/apple/MS etc account can login.  Effectively no security at all.  So appsheet is requiring you to acknowledge that this is a publicly accessible app.
