Exception Formula in Label does not work

Dear friends,

I create Virtual Label column to display flexible information depends on View and Viewtype on other screens but it's not work as expressions in attached image

Note: Lable of the table include Image column and Virtual label column.

Please help me with this issue. Many thanks!
