Extract URL from Google spreadsheet

I have a GSheet with a column that has human-readable text (not a URL) that has a hyperlink added. When I use the column as a data source, I only get the text. How can I also get the URL? Can I get the text in one column, and the URL in another, virtual column?

Is that column contain a HYPELINK/HYPERTEXT spreadsheet function?

If you type in a cell, then select the cell and choose “Add Hyperlink…” from the menu. It is not in a formula.
