For primary view a "Name" column for text on image. I would like to move its placement higher? And hide the edit button in this view

In my primary view Photo I have a “Name” column for text in my Photo used to display writing on the image. I would like to move its placement a little higher up on the page or down at the bottom? I use mobile view the text displays in the middle… How can I shift it higher?
The edit button I would like to only display in 2nd view, Gallery view, not in photo view. How can i do that without taking away updates altogether?
