Form Data Disappearance Issue

Hey AppSheet Team,

I hope you're well. We've got a bit of a snag – when we fill out forms in the app, sometimes the data just disappears. It's not all the time, but when it happens, we have to reenter everything and lose our info. 🤨

I attached current settings image below for you to check out. Also, a bunch of us use the app simultaneously, filling out the same form. Any chance that's causing the issue?

If you have any tips on how to fix this, that would be awesome!
