Form background

Hi communityโ€ฆ
I have two qustions:
1- Is there anyway to add image as background to all view types.

2-If make my app whitlable, Can users fill forms in app or just they authorised to read information that records by app creator?

I know about that, but I need to apply stable background such as solid colour or any image.

That settings page provides the only options that there are for app color and background images.
