Form not sending data back to Smartsheet

I have a form in my app that is supposed to send data back to the Smartsheet generating the form. It is not coming back to Smartsheet but it does show when I click on View Data. The source connection seems secure. I’m not sure where to start troubleshooting. It was working beautifully until recently.

Does View Source take you to the expected spreadsheet?

Yes, but it doesn’t show the new app form entries.

That’s very odd! Unfortunately, I have no experience with SmartSheet, so I have no insight to offer there. I suggest you contact support@appsheet.com for help with this.
