Form on top of multiple databases

Before getting to work on an app, I want to know if it is possible to create a form on top of multiple databases.

I know that you can make a form with Database 1: Column A, Column B, and Column C

But is it possible to make a form with Database 1: Column C and Database 2: Column A, and Column D

And yes, these databases refer to each other.

Unfortunately you can't do that directly in AppSheet. If you are using real databases like SQL, you could create a JOIN and then bring that table into your app.
