I have formatting color coding records based on their last touch. This is a multi-layered approach to continue to build a true CRM with functionality based on dates. This issue is that when I go to select a new Contact for the CRM record, all of the options are colored. Why are these colored and how do I get them to be standard black. It poses confusion to the user as to why they would be colored and what does that mean. Thank you.
