Forms auto-advance properly, but settings form cannot?

My forms auto-advance as intended, but it seems there's no ability to this on the settings form?

If you are referring to USERSETTINGS, then your observation is correct.  USERSETTINGS is a stand-alone feature and Auto-advance is not applied there.  I would recommend for you to add a Feature Idea for this.  It would be a good addition.
