Get the value of another column in same table in enumlist

I am having the Table Employe
i am having a table group
I am having the column name group members has enumlist,i am pulling the value from Employee name with select statement in suggestion value

I need the Email ID of the Group Members from Employee table in another column

Suggest any expression.??
