I keep getting app syn errors -about 5-10 an hour. I pulled the logs but i cannot identify who it is. I see client id but no email address attached to identify who it is. How can i figure this out?

This would indicate the user isn’t logged in:
So I doubt there is a way to identify the user without a review of the audit log history to see which logged-in user last used that device. You may need to engage support@appsheet.com for help with that.
