Getting an error from only one person in Chrome

One of the employees that we have is getting this error whenever he is trying to synch his changes.

Unable to add/edit/delete row in table ‘PO_MASTER’. → Error: There is a mismatch in the number of columns between the spreadsheet for PO_MASTER and the table schema. The table has 31 columns but the schema has 30 columns. Please regenerate the table column structure. Error: The table PurchaseOrders-1224979:1.000425:PO_MASTER is not available Error: Data table ‘PO_MASTER’ is either inaccessible or empty.

I have checked the spreadsheet and the schema and they have the same amount in each and the app works for everyone else. I have cleared the cache and cookies in chrome. The app will work in internet explorer. Any ideas what the issue could be?
