Getting the latest data based on the date input from another table source + a condition

So, basically I want to get the latest date input to be showed on "Current TT" column from a table named "TT updated". I've tried this formula but it only showed the data of the first row of the "TT updated" table

I want to be able to show the latest data based on the latest date input and also I want to show the latest data based on the "Doctor" column.

the table is like,

Doctor      |      TT      |       Date

A                        10            01/01/2025

A                         15           05/01/2025                      <-- (when I inputted doctor A, I want it to be showing 15

B                        20           03/01/2025

C                         8             07/01/2025
