Google Doc Template with many columns - possible to stack fields?

I have a pdf where I'll need to include over 11 columns of data in a table format.  I've switched the report to landscape but the data still doesn't fit to where key fields are visible. In order for the multi-line records to function correctly, is it required that all fields reside in the same table line? I'm looking to possibly stack the fields in a format similar to below. Is there a way I could use a wrap record function somehow to get the entire row to wrap if the fields don't fit landscape sizing?

Will standby for any ideas.  A million thank you's!

You can put a separate table between your start and end. Like this:
