Hello and welcome to the community. It seems you have a KAYITLI ZİYARETÇİLER table and you want return the phone number value from this table to your 2nd table phone number area. If so, you can just use deference option. To make this, set the ZİYARETÇİ ADI SOYADI column type réf and, use [ADISOYADI].[PHONENUMBER] in the app formula for the phone number column in second table.

If you have 1 is to 1 equivalent for staff ID and Names, you can use LOOKUP()
