Help: "Unable to fetch app def" Error

Hi, I just was informed by a user that one of my apps is not loading/working. She received the following message: “Unable to fetch app definition. Error: the spreadsheet for [app] cannot be read due to error: index and length must refer to a location within the string”. How do I fix this?
