Help with strange column behaviour

I imported a reference table in which I have attached

When it was imported, instead of taking the top cells column names, it chose the second row data as the column names.

I tried renaming them to the column headings but that didn’t work.

I deleted the table and brought back in twice and that didn’t work either.

The column names were there when I initially brough the Google sheet into Appsheet.

Any other suggestions?
