Hi, I have created a report (by workflow, sending to my email when the condition is hit, as PDF and stored on Google Disk). So far so good But I would like to store (save) this PDF also to my app (in record’s detail, as a link). Any chance to do that?

@Jakub_Le_Premier of course it’s possible. If you create a URL type column and construct the full file path with an AppFormula, it will do the job.

Well… you can do that with the same way you can add a link to your image file. Create a virtual URL column with the above app formula and it will work…

=CONCATENATE(“https://www.appsheet.com/template/gettablefileurl?appName=",“YourAppName-YourAccountIDnumber”,"&tabl...”,[PdfColumnName])
