Ho to make the app used for public

Hi  I just made a management stock inventory app and it works perfect for my entreprise.

Now , I want to publish it for  any entreprise to have its own app to use it for their own buisiness  .

but the question how to do that ??

Should I duplicate the app for every entreprise and and create its google sheet too !!  but I think this suggestion will not be fit in case updating the app 

Or sharing the same app  with the same google sheet and using securtiy filter to limit each entreprise get access to its data !!  but I think this suggestion will make the app very slow 

Please any suggestions how to do it
