How can I delete or update a row created in this appended table in another visualization?

Hi,

is there any way to delete a row created in this appended table “Detalle presupuesto bonificaciones” in another visualization?
or how should I organize it to be able to modify or delete a row from here?

clicking on one of the rows, opens the respective form, but when modifying the information and saving, it is not reflected in the inline table.
