The data source connections are controlled through your Account Settings.
- Press the round initial in the top right corner in AppSheet - that should bring up a menu, select "Account Settings"
- From there you can find "Data Sources" as one of the tabs - far left.
Inside there you can manage the connections: add/edit/delete
