How do I format the attachment icon and display column heading?

I have a column in an app for uploading of attachment. Everything works, except for 2 minor things:

1. The column header doesn't display in inline view. I check the column settings - nothing unusual.

2. In the inline display, the attachment shows up with a 'document' icon. I'd like to give the icon a color, red or blue or whatever, but I can't get it to change color (using the normal steps of coloring texts).

Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

2. You have some control over the icon displayed using format rules.

I get that, but the header shows only on certain views, but there doesn't seem to have any underlying logic.

Yes that works! Turned out the trick is to select an icon and then the color applies. Guess we cannot put style on the default icon. Thanks!
