How do you restrict the weekend out of a Date/time column?

I am trying to make it so people filling out my form can’t choose the weekend for a drop off. I have tried the expression
[Barrel Drop Off Date/Time] is Weekday

Any ideas on how i can make this work?

In Valid if:

NOT(
  IN(
    WEEKDAY([Barrel Drop Off Date/Time]),

  )
)
