How to Add Confirmation Screen

What is the best way to add a confirmation screen after a user submits a form? 

I am very new to AppSheet, so I would appreciate it if you could break it down for me step by step.

Consider just adding a required Yes/no type column that appears at the end of the form and has a Valid if expression of true.

Thanks for your answer! I would like to design a dedicated confirmation view, if possible. 

In other words, when a user clicks submit, they are taken to a new view, confirming their submission. 

Is this possible?

You can create an App: go to another view within this app action and set it as the form view's Form saved event.
