How to Predict Answer Instead of ID in Google Sheets-Based Chatbot Using AI Model?

Hi all,

I'm building a simple chatbot using AppSheet, backed by a Google Sheet with the following columns:

• ID

• Question

• Answer

Right now, I'm matching the user input string with the Question column to return the corresponding Answer. I wanted to enhance this using AI, so I tried using Intelligence → Add a New Predictive Model.

However, in the "Column to Predict" dropdown, it only allows me to select the ID column, not the Answer column—which is what I actually want to predict based on the user’s input.

My goal:
Given a new question (text input from the user), I want the model to predict the most appropriate Answer from the data.

Has anyone done something similar or knows how I can set the Answer column as the prediction target instead of ID? Any suggestions or workarounds would be really helpful.
