How to change export import CSV file time stamp?

Hi Guys, 

I'm living in Vietnam

I imported file at 14:20 PM vietnam time

But the column DateTime (NOW()) is showed as 7:20AM of the same date on AppSheet 

Could you help me to sync the time stamp following vietnam time ?
