Does AppSheet support even still exist? I submitted a case on Friday and despite multiple attempts to follow up I have received no response other than a generic confirmation email (which promised help within 24 hours but came from a noreply address 🤣). I'm not at all impressed by what you've done with the place, Google.
Our support has been migrated to a new support experience on Thursday, Dec 1st. Did you submit the ticket from https://support.google.com/appsheet/gethelp ?

@Rob_Just @devingu - apologies for crashing this thread. But I'm tearing my hair out trying to access Appsheet support.
I simply need to move my apps to the EU data residency. I need this to comply with my clients' data security policies. To do this I need an Appsheet sales representative. I've tried Google support twice. They were no help. I've been emailing someone about this for a month - who just says he will escalate. There's no phone number. Are you able to help with this please?
I'm paying for the Enterprise tier to enable this.
