How to contact AppSheet support?

Does AppSheet support even still exist? I submitted a case on Friday and despite multiple attempts to follow up I have received no response other than a generic confirmation email (which promised help within 24 hours but came from a noreply address 🤣). I'm not at all impressed by what you've done with the place, Google.

Our support has been migrated to a new support experience on Thursday, Dec 1st. Did you submit the ticket from https://support.google.com/appsheet/gethelp ?

This will be the official place for you submit new tickets, while you can still resume your old conversations with our agents either in the chat box or via Email till Dec 31st, 2022. You can learn more about it in our announcement released 3 weeks ago.

@Rob_Just @devingu - apologies for crashing this thread. But I'm tearing my hair out trying to access Appsheet support. 

I simply need to move my apps to the EU data residency. I need this to comply with my clients' data security policies. To do this I need an Appsheet sales representative. I've tried Google support twice. They were no help. I've been emailing someone about this for a month - who just says he will escalate. There's no phone number. Are you able to help with this please? 

I'm paying for the Enterprise tier to enable this.
