How to convert google form image link to app sheet image link

i have google sheet where i fill data from google form but know i am using app sheet but the format to link is different due to this its not showing i am sharing image of issues.

I previously replied and I hope I can delete that one before it shows up. Your URL needs to start with 

https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/d/this-where-your-file-id-goes

You need to click on your image, make sure you are sharing it to anyone who has the link, then grab that image's ID and insert it after the d/ in the URL above. In my previous reply I inadvertently had you using the incorrect ID. Just make sure you are grabbing the IMAGE id and not the Google Drive file ID.
