How to hide the "Add" feature of a virtual column in Appsheet for specific views?

Good day!

My app is similar to a ticketing system. I have a column named "Ticket Status" with values such as "Draft", "Pending", etc. I want the virtual column to only be editable / allow adds if the "Ticket Status" of that specific Ticket Number is equal to "Draft". Note that a single ticket number may contain multiple tickets/rows.
