How to import the spreadsheet to the new account when or after transfer the app property

Hi all, how are you?.

I transfered one app to another account with all de data but, when I try to open some photos they are not found, when I see the spreadsheets then they appears to stay on the original drive, so, how can I export the spreadsheet withouth remake the app from zero?

I would suggest to get the app back to your ownership.

Then ask the new user to copy the app and its data. Then forget about your original app ๐Ÿ™‚

You add him as a user on your app, he will see it as shared with him on his account, then he can copy it (with all the data)

Hi @vramirez80

App transfering  should go with data transfering.

You need to make sure everything turns located at the right place for the new owner's data storage :

Generally, it's more simple to keep your app and ask the future owner to make a copy of yours.

Hi @Aurelien , thanks for the answer.

Look, when I trasfered the app to another account I choose copy all the data and spreadsheets fot the copied app, then I transfered the app but when I try to access the sheets then it asks for permission, when the permissions are set then it allows to see the data and the app works well but I can't see the images of any of the cards of my menu.

I suppose by seeing  the following image that the spreadsheet never was transfered with the app, only was shared and the data remains in the original account.

And of course, I suppose too that because of that the app can't see the path to the images.

Thanks @Aurelien , how can a second user copy an app from another account?

You add him as a user on your app, he will see it as shared with him on his account, then he can copy it (with all the data)

Thanks, I allready done it but thanks a lot
