How to insert data into correct column/row instead of creating a new row with App Sheet?

Hey all, 

I'm new to App Sheet and trying to make something work but I'm not having luck searching the community. What I want is for a user to open the app, fill out the form data, and have that data input to a specific row in my Google Sheet. 

When a user opens the Google App they see an option to enter the date, amount (decimal), a note (text), the category (enum), and select a button (enum) and click submit:

Right now, this app sheet "form" is linked to my Google Sheet and I would like it to populate the response data to this row:

However, once the user submits, it is creating a new row at the bottom of the table like this: 

How can I configure the app to insert the data properly starting on column E row 22, ideally keeping the correct format (ensuring it is selecting the enum value from the drop downs properly)?
