How to schedule an action in automation

Hello Mates,

I have a question. I was trying to schedule an action to set the value of rows at 12:00 am daily.

When the current time is greater than the inspection time, I want to change all orders in the Scheduled state to Inspected. I want this to happen automatically when the time is 12:00 am. How can I achieve this?
