How to show icon in header bar

Hello my dear ,

I have a question about how to show icon with LINKTOVIEW in the header bar?

I have a LINKTOVIEW icon . I want to show it on header bar like search button in header bar. 

In prominence there were four options like display as primary, display prominently, display inline, do not display. It's not has display on header bar.

How to do that?

Please let me explain.
