How to unblock app for personal use? Two month passed, app still blocked

Hello
I’ve created application for a personal use.
When I tested it I tried to open it from several devices.
And my application was blocked because there was 6 unique users .
Two month already passed from this moment and my application is still blocked.
Is there way to unblock my app for personal use?
