I am seeing a large gap between the pre header and the email body text when sending system generated emails to clients.

I am using Google sheets for the templates.

I have tried deleting the headers in the Google sheet and setting it to 0 but still the oversized gap at the top of the email persists.

Any ideas how to get rid of this gap?
