Good morning!..any help for this…I deleted some rows in my Google Sheet then after, I cannot open the images of the remaining rows in my GS using Appsheet. But for the additional row after the deletion, the images are visible and displays as expected.
Tried making some virtual columns hoping to solved this issue using the following formulas.
= CONCATENATE(‘https://www.appsheet.com/template/gettablefileurl?appName=’,'appname’, ‘&tableName=’, ‘tablename’, ‘&fileName=’, [image])
= CONCATENATE(‘https://www.appsheet.com/template/gettablefileurl?appName= 20’, ENCODEURL(CONTEXT(‘appname’)), ‘&tableName=’, ENCODEURL(CONTEXT(‘tablename’)), ‘&fileName=’, ENCODEURL([image]))
but still the scenario doesn’t change:
All rows affected during the deletion of data (Image Error message)
Additional rows after the deletion made (Image is available)
Any thoughts on this is well appreciated.
What are the values in the image columns in the remaining rows in your spreadsheet? If they were images uploaded through the app, they should be relative paths to an image file on your GDrive. Have you confirmed that the image file with the same name still exists?
What did you do when deleting the rows?
Yes…
I half remember there used to be an issue where Appsheet wouldn’t read a table correctly where there was a lot of blank row. Might be worth a punt to delete these and try it again
I checked but no blank rows for that matter…
I do find a work a round solution.
And there it is…image in now available.
Though still waiting any response to resolve the real issue.
This does seem to imply some underlying issue between appsheet and the spreadsheet. Might be worth just deleting the spreadsheet tab and recreating it with the same name and data
I would take that to support.
