I have been using my app since 12/31/17. I have made some changes along the way without incident. But today I edited one question and added a question. I made the necessary alignment changes in the spreadsheet so that the forms matched. But when I click “Prepare,” the app just spins and spins without ever preparing the updates for launch. Any ideas what may be going wrong? Thanks!
