I have technicians performing tasks in the field.

I’m attempting to design a screen that will help me determine how long that task takes.

As they start a task, they will add a new record in which I have a field called “Start” that will automatically default to NOW().

Is there a way to have the system automatically input the time that the record is saved into a field called “End”?

I realize that this won’t be completely accurate if they open and edit a record that they have already saved.

But it would be sufficient.
