IT Ticketing Template

Hello, 

I am new to appsheet. I am working on an App for doing freight Quotes internal to my company. So I started with the IT Ticket template and changed some of the wording and specific columns. Everything works as I intended except for the emails. it send an email for every Quote, or "issue" is there a way to add multiple "issues" quotes to one ticket? so that it send a group email instead of an email for every "issue"?
