Information displayed on appsheet not sync with google sheet

Hi everyone, I noticed that the information displayed on my appsheet app is different from the one stored in my Google Sheet. Here are the screenshots:

The number (5630(1)) on my Google Sheet (in the second picture) should be the one displayed on my appsheet and not the number (26(1)) (in the first picture). The information on my Google Sheet has always been in sync with my app however today I noticed that particular information is not displayed as per stored in my Google Sheet. I didn't change any settings in my app for quite some time. Any advice as why this might have happened?
