Install link not working

When a new user clicks on the link to Install my app, this is on an iPad.

It opens this page in the browser, and the only thing that works is the Preview App in Browser.

Since the Install Requests button was pressed, shouldn’t it go straight to installing the app?

Which is what I expect from the button.

How can I fix this to make it easier on my users?
