Inventory Management: When removing from inventory manually add PO + timestamp new row + new sheet

Hi!

I have done some searching and not coming up with any reference, hoping someone could point me in the right direction if I had missed it.

But I am looking to manually add a PO # when removing an item from my inventory, and have the app add a row to my google excel with the PO # , Item Name, Time Stamp of when this happened on a new sheet but the same document.

Is this possible?
