Invioce template using microsoft word

Im trying to make attachment as pdf look proffessional 

i have tried with the community but not winning., 

but it comes out like this, 

please assit been struggling for two months and my thats the only thing left. 

Name of the app WeleHouseOfDecor 

i have also tried to load the template on onedrive and did the path.

When you create a bot to make a report, the bot creates default content for you.  Your screenshot shows the attached PDF with this default output.

It is on you to open up that created template and begin to bend it to your own design.  You should definitely study this https://support.google.com/appsheet/answer/11539957?hl=en#customize-content

Report templates are quite hard to get to grips with initially.  The learning curve is pretty steep...I found this anyway.
