Same issue in Tokyo, Japan.

Just tried to open my app and nothing happening. Just the syncing icon.

It sounds like the outage still continuing based on the regions.  In APAC (Japan), it is now working fine.

here, Japan tokyo, we have the same trouble.

It did eventually open but took a lot longer than usual.

@Adam_Stevens

Important question.

1) What is happening to the schedule automation which was "run" during the downtime today?  It was ALL failed?

2) For those who used the app (based cached to the browser before outage happen) who edit data on the app (but sync failed due to outage). What is happening to those un-synced data ? It is abandoned?  Or saved to the servers after the outage removed?

I have the same matter

I asked the customer service regarding the data recovery. All they said to me is "Turn on the recovery mode and recover the data manually from all the devices that is using the applications. The data recovered will be in JSON file that will need conversion into an excel file to be uploaded into the relevant tables"

And yes, that will mean if you have users using the applications in remote areas or areas that needs you to travel to, you will have to travel to that area, recover all the JSON files from all devices and then upload each data into the referenced tables. This has to happen for each application that the users are using. "This is the process you need to follow" says the customer service.

Down down down...

same in Nepal

I feel abandoned by the service provider due to the complete lack of communication.

Today's downtime lasted over an hour.

Daily extended outages are no longer acceptable service levels - this is now an emergency situation.

Editor and App is backing.

Has AppSheet started working again?

Working on my end now, Singapore

yes , it's working normal now

"Connection timed out. Please wait a moment and try again."

Tuesday morning, about 8:30 AM Japan time.

I encountered this problem using my template on my computer via my Safari browser (actually, as a web app).  It also failed to read in a photo.  When I attempted to sync again after a few minutes the syncing of data to the spreadsheet worked but I was still unable to see photos until I closed the window (web app) and started it up again.  There seems to be some sort of instability
